Feinstein’s/54 Below, the supper club located below Manhattan's Studio 54, will boast these events of interest to theatre folk the week of September 21–28.

September 21–23: Maria Friedman: Lenny & Steve
The London-based star of Broadway’s Woman in White performs her favorites by two Broadway songwriting masters, Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim. 7 PM Click here for details.

September 21: Ben Stock
The British actor makes his New York cabaret debut with songs by Noël Coward, Jerry Herman, David Friedman, Meredith Willson, Amanda McBroom, Tom Lehrer, Charles Strouse, and others. 9:30 PM

September 22: Kyle Dean Massey
The actor who replaced major roles in Broadway’s Next to Normal, Wicked, and Pippin, and who appeared on the ABC series Nashville, sings “songs he heard nightly but never sang himself, the ones he played on guitar or belted in the shower, the ones that made him dance or mended his broken heart.” 9:30 PM Click here for details.

September 24: Broadway Back to School Benefit
Chad Kimball (Come From Away), Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Ana Villafañe (On Your Feet) and other Broadway stars perform a benefit concert for the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) and the International Thespian Society (ITS) benefiting theatre education programs for underserved students. Hunter Bell ([title of show]) hosts. 8 PM

September 25: New York Pops Presents: Lucie Arnaz

September 25: Julia Mattison IS Ruby Manger
Mattison performs as her alter ego, Broadway and Hollywood diva Ruby Manger, sharing the scandalous backstage stories of her fictional career, including her “Tony-winning” performance in the Best Musical, I See You, Not Really, But You Know What I Mean. Guest performers: Taylor Trensch of Hello, Dolly!, Andrew Kober, Sara Chase, and Noel Carey. 9:30 PM

September 26: 54 “West Side Story” Anniversary Celebration
The seminal musical’s 60th anniversary will be celebrated with a tribute concert featuring young stars, featuring special guest Harvey Evans from the show’s original run. 7 PM Click here for details.

September 27, 29, 30: Rachel Tucker
Following two sold-out U.K. engagements, the actor who recently completed a run as Elphaba in the London Wicked, makes her Feinstein’s/54 Below debut with her cabaret show. 7 PM each night

September 27, : Gloria Reuben: The Great Ladies of Motown
This Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award nominated actor returns to 54 Below with a salute to female R&B and soul performers The Supremes, The Marvelettes, Mary Wells, and many more. 9:30 PM

September 28: Refinery 29: Badass Women of Broadway
Sam Reece and Becky Chicoine will host this fundraiser concert by members of the Broadway community for those devastated by hurricanes Harvey and Irma. They will perform “songs from some of the theatre’s most iconic heroines. We celebrate the mothers, the daughters, the lovestruck, the heartbroken, the fighters, the pacifists, and the multi dimensional female characters that motivate us to own our power.” A portion of proceeds will also go to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids. 7 PM

September 28: The Ed Sullivan Birthday Show!
Theatre performers including Maxine Linehan, Scott Coulter, Jillian Louis, Farah Alvin, and the Broadway by the Year Chorus, will salute the onetime columnist and TV host of his self-named Sunday evening variety show, Ed Sullivan. They will perform a “wide variety of entertainments” that will mirror those on the iconic TV show. 9:30 PM
