New York Stage and Film will honor Golden Globe Award winner Patricia Wettig and Golden Globe nominee Ken Olin during its annual Winter Gala December 9 at the Plaza Hotel.

The married actors are known for their roles on the Golden Globe Award-winning television series thirtysomething, which ran from 1987–1991 (though they did not portray a couple on screen).

A three-time Emmy Award winner, Wettig is also known for her appearances on Brothers & Sisters, Alias, and Prison Break. Olin is currently the executive producer of ABC’s This Is Us, and has also produced Sleepy Hollow, Brothers & Sisters, and Alias. Wettig’s play FTM had its world premiere at NYSAF in 2011.

The gala also honors NYSAF outgoing Artistic Director Johanna Pfaelzer, who will take over as artistic director of Berkeley Repertory Theater in September. Pfaelzer has had a 20-year relationship with New York Stage and Film and has held the position of artistic director since 2007.
