Broadway News Hello, Dolly! Stars Bernadette Peters and Victor Garber Host 20th Annual Broadway Barks July 14 Over 80 artists are part of the free event, which will also feature a performance of “Put on Your Sunday Clothes” from the cast of Dolly!

Hello, Dolly! co-stars Bernadette Peters and Victor Garber host the 20th anniversary of Broadway Barks, the pet adoption event co-founded by Tony winner Peters and the late Emmy winner Mary Tyler Moore, July 14.

Produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, this year's event is held in Shubert Alley (located between 44th and 45th Streets and between Broadway and Eighth Avenues). Festivities begin at 3 PM with a meet-and-greet of adoptable pets; from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, the available pets will make their way to the stage with a mix of Broadway favorites.

The free event, which is open to the public, also includes a performance of Jerry Herman’s “Put on Your Sunday Clothes” from the cast of Dolly!
