Capital City Theatre, a three-year-old regional theatre company in Madison, Wisconsin, will present The Hunchback of Notre Dame June 1–3 in the Capitol Theater at Overture Center for the Arts.
Julian Decker, who was Michael Arden's understudy in the original production of Hunchback, will star as Quasimodo with Hamilton’s Syndee Winters as Esmeralda. Decker also starred in the musical at Utah’s Tuacahn Amphitheatre.
The cast will also feature Ryan Knowles (Bulldozer, We Will Rock You) as Frollo, Travis Leland (The Prince of Egypt) as Captain Phoebus, and Hassan Nazari-Robati as Clopin.
Brian Cowing will direct with music direction by Artistic Director Andrew Abrams.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame has music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, and a book by Peter Parnell (based on the Victor Hugo novel and the Disney film).
