Cabaret & Concert News Gina Gershon Will Make Café Carlyle Debut in June The star of Showgirls and Boeing-Boeing will perform her new show Wild Women Don’t Get the Blues.

Stage and screen actor Gina Gershon will make her Café Carlyle debut this summer with her new nightclub act Wild Women Don’t Get the Blues, running June 5–16.

Best known for her work on screen in Showgirls, Cocktail, and Bound, Gershon also co-starred in the hit Broadway revival of Boeing-Boeing and as Rosie in the 2009 Broadway revival of Bye Bye Birdie.

Gershon will be joined by musicians Steven Bernstein (trumpet), Eli Brueggemann (piano), Brad Jones (bass), and Jerome Jennings (drums).

The Café Carlyle is located inside the Carlyle Hotel at 35 East 76th Street in New York City. Tickets begin at $75, and can be ordered by calling (212) 744-6100 or online via Ticketweb.
