Production Photos First Look at Joshua Harmon’s Admissions at Lincoln Center Theater The Significant Other playwright returns Off-Broadway with a new play about the ideals and contradictions of liberal white America.

The Lincoln Center Theater production of Joshua Harmon’s Admissions began previews February 15 in the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. Daniel Aukin directs a cast made up of Ben Edelman, Andrew Garman, Jessica Hecht, Ann McDonough, and Sally Murphy.

The production will officially open March 12.

In Admissions, Hecht and Garman play a couple working at the helm of an exclusive school—one as the head of the admissions department, the other as Headmaster. When their only son, played by Edelman, sets his sights on an Ivy League university, their own progressive values begin to clash with his personal ambitions.
