Video EXCLUSIVE: Watch Tony Yazbeck, Mikey Winslow, and More Perform Tommy Tune’s Original Choreography From Grand Hotel The actors joined dancers from American Dance Machine to recreate the routine from the Tony-winning musical at the Chita Rivera Awards.

The inaugural Chita Rivera Awards (formerly the Astaire Awards) took place September 11, honoring dance in theatre and film.

Ten-time Tony winner Tommy Tune was presented with the first-ever Chita Rivera Lifetime Achievement Award for his many contributions to dance and musical theatre. In honor of his award, cast members of American Dance Machine for the 21st Century, along with Tony nominee Tony Yazbeck and Mikey Winslow, performed the iconic “We’ll Take a Glass Together” from Grand Hotel.

ADM21 is an initiative dedicated to the passing down of original choreography from theatre’s legendary dancers to the next generation.
