The Disney live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast, starring Emma Watson as Belle, is scheduled to open in cinemas nationwide March 17. The film made its New York premiere March 13.
Beauty and the Beast, seen previously as an animated movie musical and a stage musical on Broadway, features a score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman.
