Benefits and Galas Divas on the Green to Feature Julie Halston, Liz Callaway, and Capathia Jenkins June 17 Original versions of “Journey to the Past” and “Stop the Show” will be heard at the concert in Armonk, New York.

Broadway stars Capathia Jenkins, Liz Callaway, Julie Halson, Christine Pedi, and Lindsay Mendez will perform with Seth Rudetsky June 17 at Divas on the Green, the annual summer fundraising gala for the Hudson Stage Company.

Proceeds from Divas on the Green will help support the Hudson Stage Company, a theatre troupe that operates out of the North Castle Public Library in Westchester Country, New York.

Rudetsky, who co-wrote and co-starred in the Broadway musical Disaster! is a host on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio’s On Broadway channel. He’ll be performing with Halston (On the Town, You Can’t Take It With You), Callaway (Miss Saigon, Cats, Anastasia), Pedi (Chicago, Spamilton), Jenkins (Caroline, or Change), and Mendez (Dogfight, Significant Other).

Callaway will perform “Journey to the Past,” a song she introduced in the film Anastasia and now being heard on Broadway. Jenkins will sing “Stop the Show,” a number she originated in Martin Short: Fame Become Me, and “I Got Love” from Purlie. Pedi is scheduled to do her interpretation of Barbra Streisand’s arrangement of ”Take Me Out to the Ball Game.“
