The production, once again led by Kelli O'Hara and Ken Watanabe, has also extended its limited run at the London Palladium.

West End alums Dean John-Wilson and Na-Young Jeon will appear in the upcoming London bow of The King and I, which begins performances at the London Palladium June 21 ahead of an official opening July 3.

John-Wilson, who starred in the title role of Disney's Aladdin in the West End, will play Lun Tha; Jeon, who previously appeared in the West End as Fantine in Les Misérables, takes on the role of Tuptim.

They join the previously announced Tony winner Kelli O'Hara and Ken Watanabe, who reprise their star turns as Anna Leonowens and the King of Siam from the 2015 Lincoln Center Theater production. Ruthie Ann Miles, who earlier this month was injured in a fatal crash that took the life of her daughter, is still expected to reprise her Tony-winning performance as Lady Thiang.

The production has also announced an extension for an additional three weeks through September 29, as well as five added matinee performances on Thursdays (August 30–September 27).

Tony winner Ruthie Ann Miles is still reported to be reprising her role as Lady Thiang.
