Cheyenne Jackson is making an unexpected stop in Chicago on March 18 with back-to-back benefit concerts for Chicago Theatre Workshop. He steps in for original headliner, Tony Award winner Laura Benanti, who has withdrawn due to a family medical emergency.

The concerts take place at 5 PM and 8 PM at Victory Gardens Theater. Jackson will perform material from his album Renaissance, including “Angel Eyes,” “Bésame Mucho,” “Walkin’ My Baby Back Home,” and “Something Stupid.”

Jackson has been seen on Broadway in All Shook Up, Xanadu, and Finian’s Rainbow, as well as the acclaimed City Center Encores! production of The Most Happy Fella. He is also set to return to FX as part of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story: Cult. Jackson is also set to guest star on the March 15 episode of Will & Grace.
