Irish Repertory Theatre will welcome a return of A Child’s Christmas In Wales for a limited run this holiday season. The Dylan Thomas story, adapted and directed by Irish Rep Artistic Director Charlotte Moore, was first seen at the Off-Broadway theatre in 2010, and revived by popular demand in 2011 and 2015.

A Child’s Christmas In Wales will run November 28–December 30 in the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage, with an opening night set for December 3.

The show features both classic and contemporary Christmas music interwoven with Thomas’ story of a snowy Christmas Day in Wales.

A Child’s Christmas In Wales will feature musical direction by John Bell (On A Clear Day You Can See Forever), scenic design by James Morgan (On A Clear Day You Can See Forever), costume design by Barbara A. Bell (A Taste of Honey), and lighting design by Michael Gottlieb (Woman and Scarecrow). Pamela Brusoski (The Home Place) will serve as production stage manager.
