The cast of the Equity Approved Showcase, directed by Joan Kane, will feature James Wilcox, Josh Marcantel, Isaiah Seward, Molly Lovell, Ashley DiGiorgi, and Maria Wolf.

Inappropriate Relationship, according to press notes, “follows the events surrounding an unexpected sexual encounter between Marty, a popular male high school teacher and his star 17-year old female student Sabine. When the situation comes to the attention of the school Principal, it throws Marty's life into complete turmoil and the entire school and community into a moral war zone. Was a crime even committed? Is a split-second of bad judgment enough to ruin a man's life forever?”

The production team consists of stage manager Melanie Aponte, sound designer Daniel Spitaliere, projection designer Joshua Young, lighting designer Bruce A! Kraemer, and costume designer Cat Fisher.

Lovitch wrote and acted in her one-woman show, Dirty Laundry, in which she played various members of a dysfunctional suburban New Jersey Jewish family. Dirty Laundry was performed in the first and second New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC), at New York’s Independent Art HERE, the Womankind Festival of One-Woman Shows (One Dream Theater, NYC), and Philadelphia's Womenspeak Festival (Walnut Street Studio Theater). Her full-length play, Office Politics, was produced in June 2015 by the Long View Theater Company at the June Havoc Theater in New York City. Other works include Ode to Brad (co-writer) and A Brooklyn Romance (both at Ensemble Studio Theater), A Hollywood Ending (developed at Primary Stages’ Einhorn School of Performing Arts, ESPA), The Girl With No Mazel, and the screenplays for Rini’s 40th Birthday and Media Darling.
