Though Gaga has never appeared on Broadway, there has been a fair amount of crossover. Gaga performed a medley from Rodgers and Hammerstein's The Sound of Music at the 87th annual Academy Awards in 2015. A previous Broadway salute to her music was held at Feinstein’s/54 Below in July 2015. In 2012, Gaga also tweeted a photo of herself as Miss Adelaide in her high school production of Guys and Dolls.
