Miami New Drama (MiND) at Colony Theatre in Miami Beach will present a one-night-only concert version of Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years March 5 at 7 PM.

Betsy Wolfe (Falsettos) and Adam Kantor (Fiddler on the Roof), who starred in Second Stage's 2013 Off-Broadway engagement of the two-person musical, will again portray Cathy and Jamie; Jamie tells the story of their relationship from the beginning to end, while Cathy explores the five-year period from the end to the beginning.

The 2013 Off-Broadway revival broke box office records for Second Stage Theatre and ranks among the longest-running productions in the company's 34-year history. Composer, lyricist, and book writer Brown directed his semi-autobiographical work that starred Wolfe as struggling actor Cathy Hyatt, who falls in love with on-the-rise Jewish novelist Jamie Wellerstein, played by Kantor.

The original Off-Broadway production of The Last Five Years, directed by Daisy Prince, received the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Music and Outstanding Lyrics, and was nominated for five additional Drama Desk Awards, including Outstanding Musical. It was also nominated for the Outer Critics Circle Award and the Lortel Award for Outstanding Musical.

Brown is also the composer of Songs for a New World, Urban Cowboy the Musical, Honeymoon in Vegas, 13, and The Bridges of Madison County. He earned Tony Awards for the scores to Parade and The Bridges of Madison County, the latter also earning him a Tony Award for Best Orchestrations.
