The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival presents the Larry L. King, Peter Masterson, and Carol Hall musical comedy The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas August 2–23 at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Auburn, New York's Emerson Park.

Directed and choreographed by Parker Esse with Tony Neidenbach as assistant choreographer, the limited engagement has musical direction by Corinne Aquilina.

The cast is headed by Sally Wilfert as Miss Mona Stangley and Ryan Andes as Sheriff Ed Earl Dodd, with Jamison Stern as Melvin P. Thorpe, Neal Mayer as CJ Scruggs/Governor of Texas, Emily Drennan as Doatsey Mae, Crystal Sha’nae as Jewel, Siri Howard as Angel, Rachelle Rose Clark as Shy, Brad Rupp as Senator Wingwoah/Rufus Poindexter, and Sergio Pasquariello as Bandleader/Edsel Mackey.

The ensemble includes Annelise Baker, Aaron Burr, Eric Geibel, Crawford Horton, Alicia Newcom, Aimee Lane, Adam Mandala, Caleb Marshall, Megan McLaughlin, Eddie Olmo, Lizz Picini, Elle May Patterson, Anna Terese Stone, and Thomas Sutter.

The show also features scenic design by Chad Healy, lighting design by Jose Santiago, costume design by Tiffany Howard, and sound design by Bobby Johnston.

The 2017 season will conclude with Ghost The Musical (August 30–September 16) and Always…Patsy Cline (September 21–October 11).
