As previously reported, Be More Chill, which features a score by Iconis and a book by Joe Tracz, will begin performances July 26 at the Irene Diamond Stage at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

The musical had an extended world-premiere run at New Jersey's Two River Theater in 2015, and has since amassed a healthy fan following online (it became Tumblr’s second most talked-about musical on its platform last year, after Hamilton).

Based on the novel by Ned Vizzini, Be More Chill is a musical about high school, popularity, and a tiny supercomputer that may just be the answer to a teenager’s dreams.
