Stage veterans Alec Baldwin, Judith Light, and Mandy Patinkin will appear in the upcoming independent film comedy Stupid Happy, one of the latest projects out of the Sundance Institute’s new Catalyst Women initiative.

Film director Hannah Pearl Utt and Jen Tullock co-wrote the screenplay and also appear as part of the ensemble cast, which includes Mike Colter, Oona Yaffe, and Tim Daly, according to Deadline.

The comedy about two adult sisters who lose their father—only to discover that their thought-to-be-dead mother is actually alive and starring on a soap opera—is currently filming in New York City.

Stupid Happy is a co-production of El Dorado Pictures, Lifeboat Productions, Ball & Chain Productions and Feracious Entertaiment.
