The American Repertory Theater has added an additional performance to its run of the world-premiere musical Jagged Little Pill, the theatrical adaptation of Alanis Morissette’s Grammy Award-winning album of the same title.

Jagged Little Pill opened at A.R.T. May 24 where it continues through July 15. Box-office sales have been strong for the musical that weaves songs from Morissette and Glen Ballard's 1995 album to tell the story of a multi-generation, multiracial suburban family grappling with a series of disturbing events. Oscar winner Diablo Cody (Juno) wrote the show's book.

The cast is led by Elizabeth Stanley, Sean Allan Krill, Celia Gooding, Derek Klena, and Lauren Patten. Rounding out the ensemble are Laurel Harris, Logan Hart, Soph Menas, Nora Schell, Jane Bruce, John Cardoza, Antonio Cipriano, Kathryn Gallagher, Max Kumangai, Sean Montgomery, Whitney Sprayberry, Kei Tsuruharatani, and Ebony Williams. Yeman Josiah Brown and Kelsey Orem serve as swings.

The production features choreography by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, music direction by Bryan Perri, sets by Riccardo Hernandez, costumes by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Justin Townsend, sound design by Jonathan Deans, and video/projection design by Finn Ross.
