Cabaret & Concert News After Her London Wild Party, Donna McKechnie Will Go Hollywood The Tony winner will perform her Same Place, Another Time club show at two nightspots.

Tony Award-winning A Chorus Line star Donna McKechnie, currently co-starring in the London premiere of Michael John LaChiusa’s The Wild Party, will next head to southern California for two performances of her club show, Same Place, Another Time.

She will perform at the Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood May 28 at 7:30 PM and at Martinis Above Fourth in San Diego on June 1 at 8 PM. Special guests will include local favorite Jeffrey Scott Parsons and Greg Safel (Hollywood only), who'll make his Los Angeles cabaret debut in celebration of his new CD Visible.

McKechnie’s Broadway shows include the original productions of Promises, Promises, Company, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Sondheim—A Musical Tribute (which she also choreographed), and State Fair. Most recently, she created the musical staging for Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks at the Laguna Playhouse in California.
