Tony Award nominees Brandon Victor Dixon (Hamilton, Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert) and Adrienne Warren (Tina – The Tina Turner Musical, Shuffle Along), along with Frozen star Jelani Alladin will headline a June 17 concert fundraiser to provide underserved students access to arts education through a new scholarship from The Broadway Collective.

Founded by Broadway performer Robert Hartwell, The Broadway Collective offers training intensives for students who are serious about pursuing a career in the performing arts. The program’s faculty are all Broadway performers.

The Project Next Gen scholarship is targeted at underserved high school students, including people of color, immigrants, refugees, transgender, non-binary, and students from low-income school districts. This year, 15 Project Next Gen recipients will travel to New York to participate in master classes with The Broadway Collective faculty and other industry professionals, while also attending Broadway shows.

The 8 PM concert at Haswell Green’s will be followed by an after party sponsored by S.N.O.B. (Sunday Night on Broadway), a monthly Broadway industry party. An online auction will be open for bidding in the coming weeks.
