The York Theatre Company's celebration of Jule Styne concludes February 24–March 4 with Subways Are for Sleeping, featuring music by Styne and a book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green.

Subways tells the story of Angie, a reporter sent to get the scoop on a group of well-dressed homeless people sleeping in the New York subway system. Going undercover, Angie learns how the carefree other half lives and begins to see there might be another way to experience the world.
