The 32nd annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction raised $906,825 October 1, marking the second-highest grand total the event has raised for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Nearly half of the total—$442,316—came from tables, with Mean Girls named the top table. The live auction, which closed the event, raised $336,700 through offering such lots as a handmade Wicked set model, an Alexander Hamilton puppet signed by Lin-Manuel Miranda, and selections from the original Sweeney Todd conductor's manuscript. The most popular item was a musical phrase from Dear Evan Hansen signed by Tony-winning composers Benj Pasek and Justin Paul and original star Ben Platt, which went for $13,000

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation’s leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations. Since 1988, BC/EFA has raised more than $300 million for essential services for people with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses. Over the past three decades, the various incarnations of the Broadway Flea Market have collectively raised $14.5 million for the organization.
